  I can't speak for this location or the staff. but the bank itself is the worst bank that I have ever had for silly charges of $35 over and over again. stacking fees on top of fees so you can never catch up. why should I have to pay for them loaning my money out to other people? I have never had any incentive. I am low income so some months I struggle. example if I go $0.08 over drawn, which I keep telling them I don't want that to be available. then they will charge me $35, then five days later another $35, and another $35! so for going over $0.08 I now know owe $105.08! wait a minute, other banks don't do this? I mean chase doesn't. neither Woodforest! why am I getting penalized so badly for me loaning my money to you so that you can loan it to someone else and make their lives a misery with interest? the whole system they have is like a black hole, it never ends. I don't mind paying a small penalty. but come on, $0.08 over and you screw me three times! this Bank obviously does not appreciate its customers. I have banked with you way too long. instead of earning interest and making money, I haven't even came out even. a rough estimate is around $400 in fees since 2012?! Wtf?! guys if you are reading this, find a credit union or research reviews of other banks by customers first. I feel betrayed, pressured as a low-income minority, tricked and generally been taken advantage by as they make money off of my misfortune
